Linda began her real estate career in 1982 and has since served her clients in the western suburbs of Minneapolis, Wright, Carver and Sherburne counties. She has experience marketing single family homes, hobby farms, bare land, new construction and land development. She has earned the trust and admiration of thousands of clients and peers. Cindy’s been a realtor with Edina Realty since 2004 and believes the process of buying and selling a home should be exciting, enjoyable and stress free. She’s built lasting relationships with clients through strong market knowledge, communication skills, attention to detail, and commitment and passion for wanting to help people and families find the perfect place to call home. She grew up on a farm in Iowa and moved to Minnesota in 1988 after graduating from AIB College of Business in Des Moines, Iowa. She and her husband have three adult children, and appreciate how important it is to spend time and do fun things with family and good friends. She loves to travel, go camping, attend music concerts, volunteer, be physically active and enjoy the outdoors.
Tracy Braun
Tracy has been a Licensed Realtor with Edina Realty since 2012. Prior to becoming a Licensed Realtor, Tracy worked in the office of the Edina Realty Buffalo location for seven years. Tracy specializes in representing both buyers and sellers. Tracy also has her relocation certification designation. Although most of her business is in Wright, Sherburne and Hennepin Counties, she is happy to assist her clients throughout Minnesota. Tracy prides herself in working hard, having excellent communication with her clients throughout the process and making buying or selling a home as stress free as possible for all parties involved. Tracy puts 100% effort into her job and her clients are her #1 priority. She strives to build a trusting and friendly relationship with her clients that lasts well after the transaction closes. Tracy has received the Leadership Circle Award from Edina Realty in 2013, 2015 and 2018 and the President’s Circle Award from Edina Realty in 2016 and 2017.
Tracy is a 1996 graduate of St. Cloud State University where she earned her bachelor of Science Degree in Marketing. Tracy lives in Monticello with her husband Tim and her two children, Luke and Josie. In her free time, Tracy enjoys running, traveling, spending time with family and friends, and watching her daughter’s many soccer games.
